StackFence LLC (“StackFence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates stackfence.com and sells, delivers, and installs composite fencing. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our advertising (including lead forms on Facebook and Instagram), and the calls, texts, and emails we exchange with you about your project.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote, submit a form on our site, respond to one of our ads, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The property or project address where the fence will go
- Project details you choose to share, such as fence style, height, color, linear footage, number of gates, timeline, and photos
- Anything else you include in your message
Information collected automatically
When you visit stackfence.com, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect your IP address and general location, device type, browser and operating system, the pages you view, links you click, the site that referred you, and similar usage data. We collect this using cookies, advertising pixels, and comparable technologies.
Information from third parties
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the information you entered on that form. We may also receive information from the analytics, advertising, and customer relationship management providers we use to run our business.
We do not request, and do not knowingly collect, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website or our ads.
How we use your information
- Prepare and deliver your quote, including measuring your fence line from aerial imagery when you provide a property address
- Contact you about your project by phone, text, or email
- Schedule site visits, material deliveries, and installations
- Provide customer service and warranty support
- Send occasional updates, offers, or promotions, which you can opt out of at any time
- Measure and improve our advertising, our website, and our services
- Keep business records, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law
Calls, texts, and email
By giving us your phone number, you agree that StackFence may call and text you about your fence project, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by emailing jacob@stackfence.com. We will still contact you as needed about an active quote, order, or installation.
Cookies, pixels, and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. This includes the Meta pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, and the tracking tools built into our customer relationship management software. These tell us which ads and pages lead to quote requests and allow us to show ads to people who have already visited our site.
You can control this in several ways:

How we share your information
- Service providers. Website hosting, customer relationship management, email, scheduling, analytics, and advertising platforms that process information on our behalf.
- Installation and dealer partners. When fulfilling your project requires it, we share only what is necessary to quote, deliver, or install your fence.
- Legal and safety. When required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade our customer or lead lists. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may qualify as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws. You can opt out using the controls above or by contacting us.
How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and afterward for as long as needed for warranty, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails, and you can opt out of targeted advertising and analytics cookies. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law.

Children
Our website, ads, and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
Our site and our ads may link to sites we do not control, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be posted on this page.
