A few things worth knowing.

What's covered

Material defects (fading, splintering, warping) are covered for 20 years. Workmanship issues (leaning posts, sagging gates, loose hardware) for 1 year. Damage from weather events, accidents, vandalism, or third-party modification is generally not covered — but we can still quote replacement parts.

Photos help a lot

A picture of the damage saves multiple back-and-forth emails. If you can attach 1–3 photos to the form, we can usually diagnose remotely and respond with a quote or warranty confirmation on the spot.

Response time

Most submissions get a real human response within one business day. For urgent safety issues — downed fence panels around a pool, etc. — call us directly at (660) 322-1668.

If we didn't install it

We can still help with parts in many cases. We supply composite fencing across Missouri, including to homeowners and contractors who installed it themselves. Just let us know the situation on the form and send a photo so we can confirm compatibility.

Parts FAQs

The questions people ask.

The material warranty (20 years) covers manufacturing defects in the composite boards, posts, and hardware — fading, warping, splintering, structural failure. The workmanship warranty (1 year) covers installation work we did — posts that lean, gates that sag, panels that come loose. Both are registered automatically the day we install.
