Headquartered in Nelson, MO.
Our supply yard and offices are open by appointment if you'd like to see board samples in person — or pick up a contractor order.
What to expect when you contact us.
What if I’m just shopping around?
Totally fine — most of our customers compare two or three quotes before deciding. Our quote is itemized so you can compare apples-to-apples with anyone else. We don’t do follow-up sales calls or drip campaigns; if you go a different direction, we wish you luck and hope you’ll keep us in mind.
What does the quote include?
A line-item breakdown of materials (boards, posts, hardware, gates), labor, and permits where applicable. The total is locked in for 30 days. There are no hidden fees, no “fuel surcharges,” and no upcharges once the project starts. If we miss something, we eat it.
Do I have to be home for the on-site measurement?
Not required, but most homeowners prefer to be there so they can talk through layout questions, gate placement, and color choices in person. If you can’t be home, we can measure with you on the phone — just give us access to the yard and we’ll send photos and the quote that day.
How fast do you respond to a quote request?
Phone calls are answered live during business hours (Mon–Sat). Form submissions and emails get a response within one business day — usually within a few hours. After that, we schedule a free on-site measurement, typically within 3–5 business days.
