Overview
You have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund
Non-Refundable
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used fencing materials
- Custom orders or cut panels
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
You may receive only a partial refund if:
- The item shows signs of use
- Parts are missing or damaged (not due to our error)
- You return the item after 30 days
- The return is approved but not in resale condition
All approved returns are still subject to the 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jacob@stackfence.com and send your item to:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- The 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
- For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance
