Overview

You have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund

Non-Refundable

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fencing materials
  • Custom orders or cut panels
  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds

You may receive only a partial refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • Parts are missing or damaged (not due to our error)
  • You return the item after 30 days
  • The return is approved but not in resale condition

All approved returns are still subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jacob@stackfence.com and send your item to:
